Job Title: Hospitality Support Specialist

Job Overview

This role involves providing exceptional guest experiences as a Room Attendant. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Replenish room amenities as and when necessary, ensuring that all guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay.
  • Sanitise and clean guest rooms thoroughly, paying close attention to all areas including the bathroom and kitchenette.
  • Report any lost or found items in checked out rooms, as well as any defects or maintenance issues.
  • Respond promptly to guest enquiries, providing helpful and courteous assistance at all times.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience working in a hotel or serviced apartment environment.
  • A willingness to learn and take on new challenges, with a meticulous approach to work.
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Secondary Education or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with cleaning and housekeeping procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of safety training and protocols.
