As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless customer service. Your primary objective will be to maintain the highest standards of quality in all aspects of the front office, from managing front desk operations to providing personalized attention to guests. You will oversee the entire front office process, including guest check-in, room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay. Your team will rely on your leadership and expertise to ensure that every guest feels valued and catered to.

You will be the face of our hotel and will be responsible for making a lasting impression on our guests. Your ability to provide warm and welcoming hospitality will set us apart from other hotels and make our guests feel like they are part of something special. To achieve this, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and think on your feet.

In terms of qualifications, we are looking for individuals who have a degree in Hotel Administration or a related field, as well as at least 4 years of experience in front office management or a related role. If you have supervisory experience, that's even better. We want someone who is not only knowledgeable about the industry but also has the skills and passion to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the front office, including front desk, bell services, business centre, telephone services, concierge services, and guest services.
  • Monitor front office personnel to ensure guests receive prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition.
  • Maintain inter-departmental relationships to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Schedule and conduct routine inspections of areas under your control.
  • Conduct comprehensive monthly departmental meetings to review procedures and events that warrant special handling.
  • Communicate with the General Manager on matters such as VIP arrivals and departures, as well as other pertinent information.
  • Compile statistics for front office and provide reports relating to that area.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of experience in front office/guest services or related discipline including supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and think on your feet.
