Job Title: Guest Service Officer

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Guest Service Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, providing accurate and timely information to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Provide excellent service to all guests, addressing their queries and resolving any issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Handle telephone enquiries, take reservations, and input information into the computer system accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure that all reservation information is keyed correctly into the system.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in the hospitality industry would be an added advantage.
  • A service-oriented attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role.
  • As a team player, you should be able to work independently and collaboratively to achieve team goals.
  • We require an individual who is flexible and able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
