Job Description:
Recruitment
Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing requirements
Support hiring activities such as internal & external advertisement
Perform 1st selection of candidates by shortlisting and screening of candidates
Coordinate and facilitate face-to-face interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Recommend salary proposals
Plan & drive ad-hoc HR events like career fairs, recruitment talks, etc.
Staff Welfare and Benefits
Provide support in the planning, implementation, and administration of staff welfare and benefits
Plan and organize HR initiatives and staff welfare activities
Manage and review HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor law
Diversity, Equality & Inclusion (DE&I)
Work with Regional HR to drive and execute DE&I initiatives and activities
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources with HR internship experience
No experience is welcome to apply as on-the-job training provided
Good project management skills, strong coordination, creative and innovative thinking
Confident to work and communicate with all levels of personnel, from entry level to top management
Strong computer knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, and automation tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A self-starter as well as a good team player who is able to work independently
Adaptable, flexible and comfortable to work in a Japanese company with a multicultural environment
