Job Responsibilities
Partner with Heads of Departments to understand business complexities by aligning with business objectives, developing resourcing strategies, and delivering hiring plans.
Perform end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, interview, selection, offer, negotiation to onboarding of new hires for middle management positions.
Ensure necessary onboarding documentation and activities are completed promptly and accurately.
Organize and participate in recruitment/outreach fairs as necessary.
Improve operations by defining and monitoring metrics to ensure recruiting efficiency.
Manage and guide team members on resourcing processes, ensuring business objectives are achieved.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline, from a recognized university.
Minimum 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably with a combination of in-house and external agency experience.
People-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.
