Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of brands. Along with Creative Directors and Strategic Planner, set creative and strategic tone for client account. Partner with Senior Planners to develop and implement highly strategic plans for brand. Problem solve on high level account and production issues and know when to involve Management. Build and maintain top level client relationships; act as key partner and advisor to clients offering strategies and solutions to address their business challenges. Oversee annual fee and contract negotiations; work closely with Finance on contract and fee proposals. Lead monthly client revenue tracking and analyze revenue impact on account and agency profitability. Committed to constantly improving our work, and how we work. Always on the lookout for opportunities to grow business behind access to wider Groupe capabilities. Maintain a sense of discretion and professionalism, representing the Groupe. Requirements: Min 10+ years experience in a creative advertising agency. Strong strategic thinking and experience delivering successful integrated communications. Must have solid experience in global accounts. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment. Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills. Strong financial understanding of budgeting, estimating, and agency profitability. A proven track record of gaining trust and respect through sound critical thinking skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees. Highly organized with a keen sense of attention to detail.
