Senior Partner Marketing Manager, HubSpot for Startups, APAC
We are looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to join our HubSpot For Startups team. We partner with accelerators (ex Y Combinator, Techstars), venture capital firms (ex Sequoia Capital, Accel), and entrepreneurial partners (ex WeWork, Segment) to offer their startups a 30% to 75% discount on HubSpot.

What you'll be doing
Driving qualified leads and new customers from our top startup partners.
Carrying a monthly target of both HSFS QLs with an expectation on growing the accounts you support YoY.
Creating content that resonates with startups and is promoted through our partners' marketing distribution channels (organic, social, email).
Designing content, campaigns, and plays that can become repetitive motions to scale our demand generation efforts globally.
Thinking strategically about how we distribute content through both our partner's owned and HubSpot's owned channels (organic, social, email).
Closely collaborating with business development reps in APAC who build relationships with each partner.
Continuously working to understand the goals, challenges, and pains of our partners and how we help them be successful.
We're looking for someone who fits this description
4 - 6 years of experience in partner marketing, content marketing, and/or affiliate marketing.
You are a talented copywriter, marketer, and overall storyteller.
Your decisions are driven by qualitative and quantitative insights.
Exceptional at working with cross-functional teams, an excellent communicator, and a strong team-first mindset.
Ability to persuade others on your ideas and seek buy-in on your initiatives.
You are self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Knowledge of the venture capital and/or VC-backed startup ecosystem preferred.
This role can work out of a HubSpot office in Singapore or remotely from Singapore. Manager works remotely from the US.
