About Lark Team

**Responsibilities**:
- Conceptualize, build, execute & own Lark's startup ecosystem BD strategy across APAC (excl. China and Japan).
- Research & ideate programs, product packages & solutions to meet the needs of startup ecosystems across APAC.
- Create trusted CXO relationships and a develop a deep understanding of needs/opportunities with these strategic startups, VCs and incubators.
- Creatively make use of Lark's products and features to help this strategic set of customers achieve disruptive innovation and leadership in their markets.
- Serve as the advocate and voice-of-the-customer, internally, for this strategic group of customers. Cultivate appropriate executive sponsorships within Lark.
- Identify opportunities for these customers to serve as lead customers for new service betas and references.
- Design metrics into the investment of time/resources and into the estimated/actual outcomes, with the intent of framing strategic decisions with quantitative ROI measures.
- Be the ambassador for Lark tools and values to startups and the startup ecosystem.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 10+ years of hands-on business development experience. Background in hi-tech / SaaS / digital transformation is preferred.
- Prior experience founding a company or building a business unit from the ground up.
- Demonstrated operational rigor & ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously, keeping focus on execution & results.
- Proven ability to build trust and bond at the CXO level of the most promising startups in APAC and understand their concerns & requirements. Familiarity with the startup ecosystem, in particular investors and incubators, is a strong plus.
- Experience working effectively and cross-functionally within a large organization and interfacing regularly with marketing, sales & product teams.
- Experience working across multiple cultures, with the ability and desire to navigate a global business landscape
- Vision, focus & determination to own and drive programs with development horizons of months / years.
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated analytical skills with problem-solving abilities in ambiguous situations
- Self-driven and highly motivated for original thinking as well as continuous improvement.
