We seek an experienced professional to lead our startup ecosystem initiatives. As Programme Head, you will play a key role in developing and refining programmes to support emerging startups.

  • Select promising startups for participation through market analysis and due diligence.
  • Design and refine programmes to ensure relevance and value.
  • Provide strategic guidance to founders on business model refinement, go-to-market strategies, and operational plans.
  • Leverage your network with industry experts and resources to facilitate networking opportunities.
  • Measure programme success and implement improvements based on feedback and outcomes.

We require a degree holder with at least 10 years of experience in the startup ecosystem, a proven track record of success as a founder or accelerator manager, and deep regional market insights.

This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the startup landscape. You will work closely with founders, design and refine programmes, provide mentorship and guidance, leverage your network to provide resources and networking opportunities, and measure programme success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Startup Identification: Identify and select early-stage startups for various programmes through due diligence and market analysis.
  • Programme Development: Design and refine programmes to ensure relevance and value.
  • Mentorship and Guidance: Provide mentorship and guidance to startup founders on refining their business models, GTM strategies, and operational plans.
  • Resource Provision: Leverage your network with industry experts and potential customers to provide necessary resources and networking opportunities.
  • Programme Evaluation: Measure programme success and implement improvements based on feedback and outcomes.
Requirements

We are seeking an experienced professional with a passion for entrepreneurship and a strong network in the startup ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have a degree holder with at least 10 years of experience in the startup ecosystem, a proven track record of success as a startup founder and/or managing and scaling accelerator programmes, and deep regional market insights.
