**Role Overview**:
We are hiring an experienced Partner Manager for APAC region, to join our Sales team.

**The role is responsible for**:
Defining and executing the partner strategy for APAC;
- Defining and executing individual partner plans, driving them to success
- Managing our existing partner community providing coaching and training where needed
- Recruiting and acquiring new strategic partners to cover the market opportunities in APAC
- Coordinating activities between the two companies to pursue joint sales.

This is an individual contributor position and will be part of the APAC Sales team reporting to the head of APAC sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create demand and refer leads to strategic partners
- Achieve sales goals by positioning Eptura as the leader in workspace solutions
- Identify prospects, build pipeline, conduct effective consultative meetings with prospects to assess and understand their needs
- Identify areas for growth in existing territory relationships and drive new growth through meticulous planning
- Sell to multiple levels of decision markers
- Communicate accurate pipeline and forecast effectively to senior leadership
- Manage approximately 10-15 partners across APAC

**About you**:

- Minimum 5+ years partner management experience - SaaS/Application preferred
- Confident and proven negotiator with a high level of communication skills
- Understand how to build credibility and trust with partners to forge great relationships
- High attention to detail and a strategic mindset
- Strong desire to win and succeed
- You have a superior ability to build strategic relationships with partners in the region
- You are knowledgeable on your partners’ product and goals
- You are an advocate for your partner’s business
