We're looking for an experienced and strategic Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving wholesale and retail expansion, fostering B2B partnerships, and overseeing custom manufacturing projects. This role will focus on building relationships with retailers, identifying new opportunities for expansion, and managing custom production needs for key partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Wholesale Account Management:
Develop, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with wholesale clients, including boutiques, department stores, and online retailers.
Drive sales growth by negotiating pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with wholesale partners to ensure mutual success.
Provide ongoing sales support, ensuring that wholesale partners are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and product information they need.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create tailored promotional campaigns for wholesale partners.
B2B Partnerships:
Identify and establish new B2B partnerships with potential corporate clients, retailers, and other businesses seeking to collaborate on special lingerie lines or collections.
Oversee B2B sales strategies, ensuring that partnerships align with the brand's goals and vision.
Manage custom manufacturing inquiries, working directly with clients to create bespoke products that meet their needs and specifications.
Develop custom lingerie solutions for business clients, ensuring each collaboration is seamless, profitable, and on-brand.
Retail Expansion:
Lead efforts to expand Perk by Kate's presence in key retail markets, identifying potential new locations and retail partnerships.
Create and implement strategies for retail sales growth, both in physical stores and online platforms.
Oversee the successful opening of new retail locations, ensuring that they align with the brand's identity and deliver a top-notch customer experience.
Sales Strategy & Reporting:
Develop comprehensive sales strategies to increase revenue and expand both wholesale and retail channels.
Regularly track and analyze sales performance across B2B, wholesale, and retail accounts, providing insights on growth opportunities, trends, and areas for improvement.
Prepare detailed reports for senior leadership on account performance, partnership outcomes, and custom manufacturing progress.
Work closely with the product development team to ensure the brand's offerings align with market trends and the needs of B2B partners.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to create engaging campaigns that drive sales and support new retail and wholesale accounts.
Foster a collaborative environment, both internally and externally with clients, to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales management, particularly in wholesale, B2B partnerships, and custom manufacturing within the fashion or lingerie industry.
Strong regional knowledge.
