Job Overview:
- Optimize business volume and profitability for NVO key accounts.
- Achieve KPIs in both TEUs and contribution margin.
- Maximize returns in both multiple trade lanes and contributions.
- Identify, develop and implement sales strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer experiences.
- Maintain quality business information in CRM for analytics on business KPIs such as volume, revenue, conversion rate, etc.
- Develop customer segmentation strategy to augment corporate portfolio compatibility.
- To actively promote e-commerce and digital solutions.
- Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies/Shipping-related disciplines.
- Preferably with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in container shipping or forwarding industries.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and experience with CRM tools.
- Knowledge in Google suite apps is advantageous.
