
NVO Sales Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to lead our NVO sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in container shipping or forwarding industries and be able to optimize business volume and profitability for key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
- Optimize business volume and profitability for NVO key accounts.
- Achieve KPIs in both TEUs and contribution margin.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Maritime Studies/Shipping-related disciplines.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in container shipping or forwarding industries.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and experience with CRM tools.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing returns across multiple trade lanes and contributing to the growth of the business. They will also need to identify, develop and implement sales strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
In addition, the candidate will need to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer experiences. They will maintain quality business information in CRM for analytics on business KPIs such as volume, revenue, conversion rate, etc.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
