Our team is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to optimize business volume and profitability for key accounts in the non-vessel operating (NVO) space.
About this role:- Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned executive to join our team as an NVO Sales Key Account Manager.
This senior-level position will be responsible for driving revenue growth, maximizing returns across multiple trade lanes, and contributing to the expansion of our business. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with key clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Optimizing business volume and profitability for NVO key accounts.
- Achieving sales targets and KPIs related to TEUs and contribution margin.
- Maximizing returns across multiple trade lanes and contributing to business growth.
- Collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders to enhance customer experiences.
- Maintaining accurate business information in CRM for analytics on business KPIs such as volume, revenue, conversion rate, etc.
- Diploma or degree in Maritime Studies/Shipping-related disciplines.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in container shipping or forwarding industries.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and experience with CRM tools.
- Knowledge in Google suite apps is advantageous.
