We are searching for a talented and motivated event executive with excellent multi-tasking abilities to coordinate and organize outstanding and unforgettable educational outreach events for our clients in the SE Asian food industry.
You will be responsible for assisting our dynamic team in every part of event preparations and office administration. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Provide administration support to all departments such as travel coordination.
Assisting in every part of program and event preparations, such as:
sourcing for vendors, venues, travel and logistics arrangements.
event set-up and tear down.
coordinating with chefs, restaurants, culinary institutions, and media.
implementing follow-up processes afterward.
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and multitasking skills are vital in this role, as our success depends on meeting our client's tailored requirements.
You should demonstrate and have a proven ability to successfully manage organizational resources, events, and people.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES , which may be representative but not all inclusive of those commonly associated with this position.
At least entry-level experience as an event coordinator.
Excellent multi-tasking, problem-solving ability, and meticulousness.
Demonstrate agility to take on various tasks if needed.
Demonstrate the ability to be resourceful, manage multiple projects, work independently, and show initiative.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a team or be a team player.
This position is open to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents.
