What The Role Is You are responsible for strategic Human Resource (HR) planning, which includes developing and reviewing plans focused on expertise and competency development. What You Will Be Working On You support and manage these development plans, ensuring their alignment with organisational goals. You also enhance internal communications strategies and efforts, as well as plan and conduct engagement sessions. In addition, you analyse organisational climate surveys and propose solutions to improve retention. Your challenges lie in managing a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment, effectively handling various stakeholders, and balancing concurrent demands. You must be adept at translating strategic objectives into relatable messages and actionable plans. What We Are Looking For You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably in HR Management, Business Administration, Engineering management, Logistics and Support Management or any related field. Possession of strong analytical abilities and proficiency in staff writing is essential. You should have good interpersonal and communication skills. You must be able to work under stress and tight timelines. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience. (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
