The successful candidate will join the Organisational Development department in SIA Human Resources. He/She will be involved in the maintenance and evaluation of organisation structures, functions and job design to facilitate organisational development interventions. The objective is to drive productivity, organisational effectiveness and act as an advisor to business units on manpower planning related matters.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner Business Units on their re-organisation and provide advisory on manpower structure and requests
Explore re-organisation opportunities with a focus on areas with potential synergies or high degree of administrative / transactional work which may be streamlined or automated
Coordinate annual Manpower Budgeting Exercise to review the organisation's manpower needs and requests
Oversee accurate maintenance of organisation structure and positions in Success Factor
Liaise with Payrolls to run budget cost planning for the next Financial Year
Ensure accuracy of workforce metrics for reporting
RequirementsPossess a University Bachelor's degree
At least 5 years of experience in HR manpower planning and organisational development in a commercial organisation, and had successfully implemented enterprise level change programme
Experience in organisational design in a consultancy is a plus
Able to work independently, manage competing priorities and work well under pressure
Highly numerate and meticulous
Sharp and keen eye to spot discrepancies and potential anomalies
Analytical and able to interpret data and provide valuable insights e.g. spotting trends, identifying relationships between disparate sets of information, assessing implications and providing recommendations
Ability to communicate effectively with staff from all levels and a team player
