As the Director of Leadership and Organisation Development, you will lead the Leadership and Organisation Development team at Careers@Gov. The team is responsible for designing and implementing initiatives that foster a strong, engaged, and high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with senior management and internal stakeholders to identify leadership development, organisation development, and functional skills development needs.
- Offer OD consultancy to IMDA leaders, conduct effectiveness diagnosis on organisations and teams, and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and interventions.
- Lead the design, planning, and delivery of effective interventions and initiatives to address needs and priorities.
- Work with internal stakeholders, external partners, consultants, vendors, and training providers to contextualise and customise solutions to meet IMDA's specific needs.
- Facilitate leadership development and organisation development activities.
- Plan budgets to implement the L&OD workplan.
