About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Organisational Development to join our team at the Central Provident Fund Board. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to drive organisational development and leadership growth within our organisation.

Company Overview:

The Central Provident Fund Board (CPF) is a statutory board in Singapore that administers the country's three national savings funds, including the Central Provident Fund (CPF), the Medisave Scheme, and the Supplementary Retirement Scheme (SRS). Our mission is to provide financial security and peace of mind for our citizens through these schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team to develop and manage a robust Leadership Development (LD) curriculum under School of Leadership and Management Operations.
  • Strengthen the leadership pipeline by incorporating best practices in adult learning and staying current with the latest trends in leadership development, executive training, and technology.
  • Design and conduct effective stand-up training sessions for Senior Management, utilising appropriate learning solutions.
  • Lead data-driven analysis of leadership performance by overseeing the administration of 360-degree feedback for Middle Managers to Senior Management.
  • Foster a mentoring and coaching culture with the Board by driving a framework that integrates philosophy, strategy, practices, initiatives, and desired behaviours.
  • Stay abreast of emerging practices in leadership and organisational development, as well as advancements in learning design and technology.
  • Oversee the operations of the School of Leadership and Management, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
  • Monitor key success metrics, such as leadership and supervisory indices in employee opinion surveys, to track and enhance program effectiveness.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated strong track record in Leadership Development, Learning and Development, and Organisation Development, as well as experience in supervisory role.
  • In-depth understanding of adult learning principles and proficiency in curriculum development, instructional design, and leadership development interventions.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess complex situations, identify key insights, and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with individuals at all levels, from junior staff to senior management. Strong facilitation abilities to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee a team in planning and executing projects, ensuring objectives and timelines are met.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of SGD $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
