About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled professional with a keen interest in organisational health and transformation. As an Organisational Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing capability-building efforts in the social service sector. Your key objectives will include:
- Developing and driving strategies to strengthen organisation capabilities
- Maintaining strategic oversight of the sector's needs and government directions
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to implement strategies
Your responsibilities will also include reviewing the impact and effectiveness of capability-building efforts, conducting programme and impact evaluation of schemes, and sharing insights with internal and external stakeholders.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need to be a driven and collaborative individual with strong capabilities in system thinking and effective stakeholder engagement. Your skills and competencies should include project management, communication skills, systems thinking, basic data management and analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, you should have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in sector planning, policy development, and/or OD-related or consulting experience.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary range of SGD $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
