This Organisation Development Specialist role is a critical part of our team at Allkin, working closely with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans that drive growth and success.
As an experienced professional in organisation development and strategic planning, you will play a key role in supporting the agency's vision and mission, leveraging your expertise to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and implementation of organisation development and strategic planning activities, including document preparation and analysis of organisation health data.
- Collaborate with senior management to consolidate meeting agendas and minutes, ensuring seamless communication across teams.
- Provide administrative support to the Board and Senior Management, including organising meetings and preparing secretariat documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- At least 2 years of work experience in organisation development and/or strategic planning for social service organisations.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro, with ability to use technological resources to aid work efficiencies.
