The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort. Job Duties And Responsibilities Telephone Enquiries: Answer all calls about our parks and precinct, providing accurate and helpful information. Email Correspondence: Reply to all enquiry emails about our parks and precinct promptly and professionally. Live Chat Support: Respond to live chat tickets accurately and timely, ensuring that tickets are closed satisfactorily. Form Management: Raise various forms for approval as required. Approval Processing: Seek approvals for exceptional changes regarding revalidation requests. Lost & Found Management: Maintain accurate bookkeeping, arrange for collection of items, and update relevant records for lost and found items. Membership Support: Address all queries and issues related to memberships, including accessing the portal and booking timeslots. Service Excellence: Uphold and promote the highest standards of service excellence in all guest interactions.
