The Sales and Go-to-Market team at Zscaler is a global group of professionals passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, fostering trusted partnerships, and sharing their expertise to drive a secure, cloud-enabled digital future. This team includes Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships.

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to join our Go-To-Market team, reporting directly to the Regional Vice President, Sales. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a regional sales strategy for Emerging Growth Countries (Thailand, Philippines, and Indonesia), in collaboration with the ecosystems team.
  • Recruiting, hiring, and managing a team of Account Executives to lead rapid new business growth and ensure quarterly sales quota achievement.
  • Fostering trusted relationships with customer C-suite executives to deliver customer success and facilitate their security transformation journey.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • At least 7 years of Enterprise Sales Leadership experience in software/SaaS.
  • Proven track record of leading sales teams in structuring and closing large and complex deals in Thailand, Philippines, and Indonesia markets.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, including territory planning, assessment, and resource allocation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Able to communicate the business value and Return on Investment of installed and proposed products and solutions.
