Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our business development efforts in the ASEAN region, focusing on the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, insurance, and technology, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new clients for our insurance technology products and services, with a focus on SAAS/PAAS offerings

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas

- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective relationship building and communication

- Conduct compelling sales presentations and negotiate deals with clients

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales strategies

- Cultivate and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients and act as the main point of contact

Requirements:

- Minimum 10+ years of sales experience, with a focus on the insurance industry and technology solutions

- Technical/insurance background with minimum 5+ years of experience

- Strong understanding of SAAS/PAAS, integrations, middle office, APIs, and architecture

- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building long-term relationships with clients

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Ability to adapt to a dynamic market environment and adjust sales strategies accordingly
