Director of Sales Emerging Growth

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to join our team at Zscaler, responsible for developing and executing a regional sales strategy for Emerging Growth Countries, driving rapid new business growth and ensuring quarterly sales quota achievement.
About the Team
You will be part of a global group of professionals passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, fostering trusted partnerships, and sharing our expertise to drive a secure, cloud-enabled digital future. Our team includes Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing a regional sales strategy for Emerging Growth Countries (Thailand, Philippines, and Indonesia) in collaboration with the ecosystems team.
- Recruiting, hiring, and managing a team of Account Executives to lead rapid new business growth and ensure quarterly sales quota achievement.
- Fostering trusted relationships with customer C-suite executives to deliver customer success and facilitate their security transformation journey.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- At least 7 years of Enterprise Sales Leadership experience in software/SaaS.
- Proven track record of leading sales teams in structuring and closing large and complex deals in Thailand, Philippines, and Indonesia markets.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, including territory planning, assessment, and resource allocation.
