About the Role

This key position involves fostering trusted relationships with customer C-suite executives to deliver customer success and facilitate their security transformation journey. You will recruit, hire, and manage a team of Account Executives, leveraging your expertise in territory planning, assessment, and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing a regional sales strategy for Emerging Growth Countries (Thailand, Philippines, and Indonesia) in collaboration with the ecosystems team.
  • Recruiting, hiring, and managing a team of Account Executives to lead rapid new business growth and ensure quarterly sales quota achievement.
  • Fostering trusted relationships with customer C-suite executives to deliver customer success and facilitate their security transformation journey.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • At least 7 years of Enterprise Sales Leadership experience in software/SaaS.
  • Proven track record of leading sales teams in structuring and closing large and complex deals in Thailand, Philippines, and Indonesia markets.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, including territory planning, assessment, and resource allocation.
