Job Title: Hotel Front Office Manager

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of the hotel's management, you will be responsible for maintaining the efficient running of the front desk and upholding the highest standards of customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration with Operations Managers: Work closely with the Operations Managers to maintain the efficient running of the front office and uphold brand standards.
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Handle the day-to-day operations of the hotel's front desk, ensuring a flawless guest experience.
  • Team Leadership: Coach and guide team members to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other business units to fulfill and meet guest expectations.
  • Safety and Satisfaction: Demonstrate commitment to guest safety and satisfaction by playing a key role in emergency response procedures.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience as a team leader in Front Office / Guest Relations within a hotel environment, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
  • Skills: Excellent communications, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Work Style: Able to perform independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to use basic Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Availability: Able to perform shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
