We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Office Professional to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring smooth operations within the Rooms Division, and contributing to the overall success of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
  • Front Office Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of front office staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 6 months' work experience in hotel operations;
  • Possess good customer relations, communications, and interpersonal skills;
  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management or equivalent is preferred;
  • G.C.E. 'O' levels;
