We are hiring for a Benefits Manager for a client in the Financial Technology space. The role will oversee the strategic planning and execution of the company’s global benefits programs across APAC, US & EMEA. Key Responsibilities: Design benefits programs aligned with the company’s people strategy, employee engagement goals, and market trends. Provide comprehensive analysis and cost forecasting to support the C&B leader and management in decision-making. Ensure compliance with local regulations by staying informed about relevant laws, tracking updates, and advising the Team Leader on alternatives and solutions. Establish and lead an operational framework that includes collaboration with teams such as finance, procurement, legal, and HRSC. Communicate benefit offerings to employees through detailed communication initiatives. Tailor engagement campaigns and knowledge-sharing sessions (both onsite and virtual) to meet the needs of stakeholders. Address employee inquiries and issues by interpreting benefit policies and managing an effective escalation process. Maintain benefits systems and policy portals. Conduct employee surveys to gather feedback on benefit programs. Collaborate with the COE on compensation and benefits projects, providing training and updates to ensure HR professionals and employees understand any changes and tax implications. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and manage relationships with external vendors, including brokers and health providers.
