Roles & Responsibilities

As part of the Corporate Secretariat Team, you will provide corporate secretariat support to the Group's portfolio of entities, including, but not limited to the following.

  • Provide corporate secretarial support for entities maintained by the Group and guidance to team members
  • Support the functions of the corporate secretariat department, ensure regulatory compliance with Companies Act and other requirements
  • Handle wide spectrum of corporate secretarial works including preparation of Board resolutions, documents, minutes of meetings as well as announcements
  • Assist in the logistics for the Board Meetings
  • Ensure that the statutory records of group of companies are updated and maintained on timely basis, as required under the provisions of the Companies Act
  • Liaise with auditors, ACRA officers and other external parties
  • Support supervisor in all aspects of secretariat and compliance, participate in new initiatives and ad-hoc projects assigned by him/her

Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor with Corporate Secretarial qualification or equivalent related qualification
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in public listed company would be a bonus
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Companies' Act and provide guidance to the Corporate Secretariat team to ensure compliance
  • Proactive and able to prioritise work to meet deadlines
  • Excellent team player with commitment and drive to succeed in a dynamic corporate environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including using Excel and Word
  • Good language proficiency
