We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Business Executive to join our team and provide crucial support in managing business operations. This includes recruitment and onboarding of new staff, as well as assisting with tasks related to business team management, insurance, and investment services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing various responsibilities. Responsibilities: Business Management: Working closely with the manager to execute projects related to insurance and investment services. Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and provide regular updates to the executive. Administrative Tasks: Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments, ensuring optimal time management for the executive. Handle email correspondence, draft responses, and prioritize incoming communications. Organize and maintain important documents, contracts, and records related to insurance and investment services. Update SOPs. Client Interaction: Hotline Management. Liaise with clients to schedule appointments, gather necessary information, and provide updates on behalf of the manager. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients and stakeholders. Collect referrals and testimonials from clients. Character Traits: Critical thinker – ability to problem solve objectively. Mature and independent to accomplish tasks given. Ability to manage time and act with urgency on matters of priority. A team player. Shows the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities without loss of composure. Ability to work well with the team. A person with integrity and a high level of confidentiality. Qualifications: Individuals with no prior work experience are welcome to apply. Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the financial services or insurance industry is an advantage. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and Canva. Knowledge of financial concepts, investment strategies, and insurance products is a plus.
