Job Summary

As a Business Operations Coordinator at Business Edge Personnel Services PTE LTD, you will provide administrative support to the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This includes assisting the operation team in managing digital form submissions in SharePoint, creating and updating records in Stakeholding systems, and handling customer enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Assist operation team to check, accurately record (data entry), update and maintain all digital form submissions in SharePoint
  • Create and update into Stakeholding system for new form submissions or amendments
  • Handle queue/walk in enquiries
  • Assist customers/Members of the Public with online payments
  • Perform data entry and other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned from time to time

Work Schedule
  • Monthly Salary: $2390/Month
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Working Hours: 8am - 5pm
  • Contract Duration: 11 Months
  • Location: City Hall

Requirements
  • Computer literacy (must be familiar with MS SharePoint, MS Office applications, especially MS Word, Excel)
  • Detailed-oriented and meticulous
  • Able to work independently as well as a team player
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Training will be provided.
