Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at CAPITASAFE PTE. LTD.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an administrative professional to work closely with the Director on daily business functions, handling general administrative duties and supporting the smooth operation of the company.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Director in managing day-to-day business activities, including preparation of forms, reports, and other documents.
  • Provide exceptional support by answering and forwarding phone and online enquiries, developing and maintaining computer and manual filing systems, and organizing meetings and appointments.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and attention to detail in handling various tasks, from data entry to office administration, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all operations.
Requirements
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook, with experience in data entry, inventory management, and sales operations.
  • Skillful in time management, organization, and prioritization, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and improving processes.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be based in Singapore and will report directly to the Director. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, requiring flexibility and adaptability.

We offer a competitive salary range of SGD $35,000 - $45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
