This role involves handling day-to-day business operations, attending to clients via warm leads, assisting clients in shortlisting tutors, coordinating first tuition lessons, and providing administrative support. Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle daily office tasks and administrative duties efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Coordinate the process of client onboarding and provide guidance on choosing suitable tutors.
  • Support the setup and organization of first tuition lessons, ensuring a smooth transition for both clients and tutors.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; however, a degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Friendly, passionate, and energetic team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and good administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Decent typing speed and basic computer skills.
  • Polite, patient, and good customer service skills.
