About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to support our CIO in administrative matters, including calendar management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking all CIO Office matters, including project, change requests, user requests, approval meetings, ad-hoc assignments, issue tracking, and documentation.

Liaising closely with business users and building good rapport is crucial in this role.

The coordinator will also support IT processes, documentation, and activities.

Additionally, the role involves supporting financial budgeting and workplan gathering, analysis, and tracking.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need one to two years' experience in supporting large organisations in administrative matters.

You must be proficient in written and verbal communication in English.

A self-motivated, driven individual with strong ability to multi-task is essential for this position.

Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills are required.

Strong process and business workflow skills are necessary for success in this role.

Good ability to canvass ideas and influence stakeholders is also important.

This role requires someone who is result- and customer-oriented.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
