Temp Admin Executive @ Maxwell Road

Job Description:
- Process cases filed with client, including notes taking in mediation/ hearing;
- Assist Registrar officers with projects;
- Assist with the dispatch of official documents to Board members, parties and/or stakeholders;
- Setting up of mediation and/or hearing room;
- Cover reception and/or case officers’ duties when required;
- Packing and shelving of completed files in the storeroom;
- Scanning and archiving of completed case files into soft copies; and
- Any other duties assigned by the Registrar
Work Schedule:
- Salary: up to $3,600 per month
- Contract Period: 12 months
- Location: Maxwell Road
- Working days: Mon to Fri
- Working hours: Mon to Thurs: 8.30am to 6.00pm; Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm
