URGENT

Location : Gombak


Position : Temp Admin Staff


Employment Duration (state estimated start and end date) : Feb/Mar 25 to mid-Jun 25

Ideally 4 months from 3 Feb (Mon); Minimally 3 months from 3 Mar (Mon) to 6 Jun (Fri).


Working hours : Required to work 8 hours per day and 5 days per week

Additionally, the temp employee must be able to commit to working long hours in the lead up to and during the Shangri-La Dialogue (SLD) weekend (30 May to 1 Jun 25).

Notably, the SLD includes dinner events.


Responsibilities:

Administrative and logistical duties, including pass making, managing invitations/RSVPs, and security clearances

Secretariat duties, including coordinating hospitality arrangements of foreign delegates, and managing the schedules and engagements of senior officials

 Event planning and management


Requirements

Experience in event management and/or secretariat work preferable

Proficient in managing large data sets using Microsoft Excel

 GCE ‘A’ Level (or equivalent) qualifications – Salary ranges from $1,800 - $1,980 per month depending on qualification and relevant working experience.
