Job Responsibilities:
Manage onboarding administration process for new hires
Manage all staff movement activities such as transfer, secondment, conversion of employment types, retirement and cessation of employment.
Administer foreign pass-related matters.
Uphold good data management practices by ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HR systems.
Ensure accurate and timely storage of employee documents in the personnel file system.
Provide thoughtful, accurate and timely responses to employees and stakeholders.
Any other duties or projects assigned.
Job Requirement:
Degree qualification in Human Resources or related discipline.
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience within the financial services industry is preferred.
Good knowledge of the Employment Act.
Preferably have experience in using Workday system.
