Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP / FVP Relationship Manager (RM) to join our client’s dynamic team. This role involves managing and expanding relationships with local and regional large corporates, with a focus on delivering tailored financial solutions that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project finance, leverage finance, and asset financing, coupled with a strong aptitude for business acquisition and origination.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with large corporate clients, both locally and regionally, ensuring their financial needs are met with bespoke solutions.
Actively engage in business acquisition, identifying and pursuing new opportunities to expand the bank’s client base.
Provide expertise in project finance, leverage finance, and asset financing, tailoring solutions to meet the specific requirements of corporate clients.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver comprehensive financial services, ensuring seamless execution of transactions.
Monitor market trends and industry developments to proactively address client needs and provide strategic advice.
Achieve revenue targets through effective management of client portfolios and acquisition of new business.
Candidate Profile:
A minimum of 12 to 20 years of relevant experience in relationship management within the banking sector, specifically covering large corporates.
Proven expertise in project finance, leverage finance, and asset financing.
Strong business development skills, with a track record of successful client acquisition and origination.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
Familiarity with the Asian corporate banking landscape is a strong advantage.
