The bank is seeking a Relationship Manager (RM) to strengthen its Corporate Banking Department, focusing on Government-Linked Companies (GLCs), Temasek-Linked Companies (TLCs), and other high-profile Singapore corporates. This is a permanent opportunity to contribute to the bank's ambitious growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage banking relationships with top-tier Singapore corporates, particularly in TMT, Power/Utilities, and Healthcare sectors.
  • Execute relationship and credit strategies, leveraging robust account planning to grow wallet share within risk parameters.
  • Drive multi-product and cross-border business growth, managing the full lifecycle of transaction origination, execution, and monitoring.
  • Contribute to the corporate banking growth aspirations by increasing asset levels, multi-product income, and client acquisition.
  • Oversee all aspects of customer risk management, including credit, AML/fraud, legal, regulatory, and compliance matters.
  • Ensure robust risk management practices to minimize credit losses, prevent policy breaches, and maintain audit compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Treasury, Risk, and Legal) and overseas branches to deliver holistic client solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 8–10 years in a frontline corporate banking role, with a proven track record in originating and growing relationships with top-tier corporates.
  • Familiarity with multi-product offerings and experience as a Global Account Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products, including credit, treasury, and transaction services.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese to liaise with headquarters and international stakeholders.
