Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Service Leader to oversee the smooth operation of our food establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To manage a team of servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses, ensuring that all staff members provide excellent customer service and adhere to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • To oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including but not limited to, inventory management, stock control, and cash handling procedures.
  • To respond promptly to customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, employee performance, and inventory levels.
  • To ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the F&B industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think on your feet.
  • Able to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and targets.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
