Restaurant Operations Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. This role involves ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

  • Assist in managing the entire restaurant, including manpower planning, inventory management, and maintenance of the restaurant facilities.
  • Supervise a team of 6-12 food and beverage staff members.
  • Plan and schedule rosters for the staff.
  • Manage food and beverage supplies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide excellent customer service.
  • Work closely with the events team to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Gather feedback from customers and report to senior management.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain high food quality standards.
  • Cashiering, opening, and closing of the outlet.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant area.
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance to extend its lifespan.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Certificate or diploma in hospitality or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry with supervisory roles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Service-oriented and customer-focused approach.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene certification.
