Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Receive and attend to customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Analyze requests/complaints, channel to relevant staff for follow-up action, and ensure all cases are attended to promptly.
  • Reporting and Monitoring: Monitor and prepare reports on customer surveys and customer service programs in the ERP/CRM systems.
  • Organization and Administration: Organize company functions and community activities as assigned by superiors.
  • Contract Negotiation: Prepare, explain, negotiate, and manage security technologies services agreement contracts, rates reduction, termination notices, including dismantling and compensation.
  • Tenant Management: Manage tenants of multi-tenanted buildings, including incoming and outgoing tenants, promotion of services to tenants.
  • Digital Marketing: Provide digital marketing service support to the company's website and platform to existing subscribers and business associates.
  • Follow-up and Attendance: Follow up on customers', subscribers', and tenants' attendance from the website.
