**Job Title: Customer Service Executive Specialist**

This role involves working closely with the Manager to implement customer service tasks and duties, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Customer Communication: Receive and respond to customer inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns.
  • Case Management: Analyze customer requests, channeling them to relevant staff for follow-up action and ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Feedback and Surveys: Monitor and report on customer survey results, using feedback to improve our services.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in organizing company functions, community activities, and general office correspondence.
  • Security Services Agreement: Prepare, explain, negotiate, monitor, and maintain Security Services Agreements to ensure smooth operations.
  • Rate Reduction and Termination Notices: Manage customer requests for rate reduction and termination notices, salvaging accounts and handling all related issues.
  • Tenant Management: Oversee tenants in multi-tenanted buildings, promoting our services and handling incoming and outgoing tenants.
  • Customer Service Programs: Implement and develop customer service and appreciation programs, maintaining customers' data for feasible program implementation in ERP systems.
  • Digital Marketing: Maintain and monitor our website, digital marketing platform, and social media channels to engage existing subscribers and business associates.

**Requirements:**

  • Good Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with Mandarin-speaking associates and customers.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze customer feedback and make informed decisions.
  • Negotiation Skills: Effective negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and find mutually beneficial solutions.
