Office Operations Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at the Separation Technologies Applied Research and Translation (START) Centre at NTUitive. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring the smooth operation of the centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of funding applications and grants, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Manage the procurement process for technical equipment, from requisitioning to delivery and invoicing.
- Develop and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and external presentations.
- Organize events and activities, including coordination with external organizers.
- Provide administrative support for budget-related activities, hiring, purchasing, and joint projects.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in office administration and project management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- High level of integrity and discretion.
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
