Project Coordinator for Mechanical and Electrical Works

The Mechanical and Electrical Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of mechanical and electrical works on construction projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Verifying all drawings and specifications related to M&E works to ensure compliance with relevant authorities' requirements.
- Coordinating with M&E sub-contractors to ensure timely completion of their work.
- Assisting the Quantity Surveyor in measuring and tracking work done, including costs and timelines.
- Ensuring that all M&E works are commissioned and tested safely and efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, along with a minimum of 2 years' experience in industrial, commercial, or institutional projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Construction, BIM, Architectural, and other relevant software is essential for this role.
