Job Title: Mechanical and Electrical Project Coordinator
Job Description:- We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Project Coordinator to join our team. As an M&E Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all MEP services on construction projects.
- You will work closely with the project manager, clients, and consultants to ensure that all M&E works are carried out according to specifications and guidelines.
- Your primary responsibility will be to manage M&E sub-contractors' work progress, drawings, materials, samples, method statements submission, and approval.
- You will also ensure that testing and commissioning are done on time and that good quality of works is maintained on site.
- A degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering/Building Services/Environment Engineering or any relevant qualification is required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Singapore construction projects is necessary.
- A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, detail-oriented approach, and excellent organizational skills are essential.
