Electrical and Mechanical Project Coordinator

Coordinate and supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems across various projects. Ensure seamless integration with architectural and structural plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the coordination and management of M&E works, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and other building services.
- Review M&E drawings, specifications, and schedules to guarantee alignment with overall project planning.
- Liaise effectively with consultants, M&E subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve site and design issues.
- Monitor progress on-site and report regularly to the Project Manager.
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Attend coordination meetings and collaborate in the integration of M&E systems with overall project planning.
- Track and manage materials, tools, and manpower requirements for M&E installations.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in M&E coordination in construction or engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and M&E schematics.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD or Revit MEP knowledge is a plus.
