Electrical and Mechanical Project Coordinator

- In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating electrical and mechanical projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
- The successful candidate will possess a recognized degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least five years of relevant experience in building projects.
- You will provide technical and engineering support to the project team, including developing and implementing project schedules and budgets.
- The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of applicable codes and regulations related to M&E services, building construction, and safety.
- You will supervise and coordinate all M&E works, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Liaise with consultants, NSCs, DSCs, and authorities on M&E matters, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- The position requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- You will produce coordinated services drawings (CSD) and provide technical assistance to the project team as needed.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in building projects
- Good knowledge of M&E services, building construction, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
