Mechanical and Electrical Project Coordinator

Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising M&E works, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors to resolve technical matters and site issues;
- Supervising M&E works and ensuring that they are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and specifications;
- Preparing and arranging M&E installation in accordance with approved drawings and materials;
- Ensuring site safety and compliance with safe work procedures;
- Coordinating sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring that it is completed on schedule.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in civil construction projects;
- Strong knowledge of project planning, design, and cost control;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
